Justice Action

Service Description

Justice Action empowers and presents voices of people who are in Australian prisons and locked hospitals. It is a policy based organisation, taking on some focus cases which highlight wider problems. It defends their human rights and targets abuse of authority against these vulnerable people. It advocates to improve the social and mental health of prisoners and involuntary hospital detainees by providing support in hospitals, prisons and courts.
