Service Description
Provides accommodation, support and rehabilitation to people with complex needs. This includes shared accommodation, supported transitional living programs and supported independent living. It is a very high level of support with single and shared accommodation. Other services are Assisted Discharge Program, HASI Outreach and Group Programs run from the Hunter St Centre. An NDIS provider.
