Neami Merrylands
Service Description
A community outreach psychosocial mental health service that provides rehabilitation, recovery and support services to individuals living with a mental illness. We work within a Recovery Framework to work towards the individual's aspirations and goals by working alongside. Through the Community Living Support program there is one-on-one support, group programs, and peer support available. The program works towards supporting people to improve their health and promote independence to live a life that is meaningful to them.
