Roses in the Ocean

Service Description

Roses in the Ocean is Australia’s national lived experience of suicide organisation, committed to saving lives and reducing emotional distress by placing lived experience at the centre of all suicide prevention efforts. We offer a range of programs, including the Peer CARE Companion in Community, a non-clinical, mentoring-style support service where trained volunteers with lived experience provide one-on-one connection to people in their local community who may be feeling isolated or navigating tough times. We also operate the national Peer CARE Warmline, a phone-based service where people can speak with someone who has their own lived experience of suicide, offering a safe, understanding, and compassionate space to feel heard and supported. 1800 77 7337
